When do you ship?

We ship chocolate orders at the beginning of the week (Monday and Tuesday) to ensure your chocolate spends the shortest amount of time in transit. 


Can I change my subscription?

Moving? Going on vacation? Need to size down? Looking for a better deal?

We understand. You can make changes to your subscription at any time by Logging into Your Account. Under "Your Subscriptions" click EDIT. You can add more chocolate, size down, skip a month or take advantage of discounts with our annual plans. 


Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO?

Yes! Service men and women love our American Made Chocolates. 


Do you ship internationally?

Depending on the region and customs laws we may be able to accommodate you. Please email our chocolate connoisseurs at hello@jackieschocolate.com for more information.


Can I send chocolates as a gift?

Absolutely! You can also include a gift message so they'll know who to thank. Give as a Gift.


I found a chocolate in my subscription that I really like. Can I order more?

Yes! Visit Jackie's Chocolate Shop to order 1/4 lb, 1/2 lb and 1 lb boxes of your favorite chocolates. 


Can you accommodate food allergies?

Unfortunately, we do not have an allergy friendly box at this time. While many products we carry do not contain allergens, they are processed in the same facilities as products that do.


I like chocolate, but not nuts. Do you provide a nut-free option?

We aim to please and do offer a nut-free subscription. Please email our chocolate connoisseurs at hello@jackieschocolate.com for more information.


Can I pause my subscription?

Going on vacation? Need a break? No worries. Email us at hello@jackieschocolate.com and let us know that you'd like to pause your subscription. 


How do I update my credit card?

Log into Your Account. Under “Your Subscriptions,” click the “Change Payment Method” on the right. On the next page, click “Use new credit card” and enter your new card number.


Can I pay using Paypal?

Yes you can! Upon checkout select the "Check out with PayPal" button. 


How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Your Account and Click “Subscriptions.” You’ll see your active subscription, and click “View” on the right. Then click the cancel button on the next page.
